Public Case — Open Record — Active Docket

A Public Case
Against theSystems.

That keep people confused, divided, indebted, and afraid. Thirteen documents — every one readable here and downloadable to keep, host, or print. Nothing requires you to trust the author. It requires you to look things up.

Do Not Duplicate · Distribute Freely
The Standard of Evidence
01

Documented

Every claim traces to declassified records, peer-reviewed work, mainstream investigation, or the on-record admissions of the people involved.

02

Structural

The target is never a people or a person. It is insulated institutional power operating beyond meaningful accountability.

03

Verifiable

Nothing here asks for your trust. It asks you to look things up — and gives you the tools and citations to do it.

04

Actionable

Diagnosis is not enough. Each file connects to a legal mechanism: FOIA, the ballot, the recall, the constituent letter.

Choose Better: A Structural Humanism Manifesto

People are not foolish. They are managed — and the world as it stands was made, so it can be rebuilt.

The central nonfiction project — 80,704 words gathering the whole framework into one public case across division, debt, media, faith, foreign policy, healthcare, and civic responsibility. Read the full manuscript or download it to keep.

The Newsroom
SIGNAL — Personal Intelligence Briefing

Read the news the way the case files read the record.

A live briefing desk built on the project’s own standard: every story carries an ownership disclosure for its outlet, the feed fails honestly rather than showing fabricated content, and anything worth pursuing can be flagged with a note for future work.

Open SIGNAL →
14 beats — U.S. law & policy, politics, war, trade, economy, corruption, China, Russia, science, history & more
Ownership disclosed — every outlet tagged CORP / NONPROFIT / INDIE with its parent
Story flags — save leads with notes; they persist in your browser
Honest failure — if the feed is down, it says so. Nothing is invented.
Take Action

Build the Record. Apply the Pressure.

Diagnosis without action is just despair with footnotes. These mechanisms are legal, they are public, and they accumulate the way debt does — only in the other direction.

File a FOIA Request

The Freedom of Information Act exists for exactly this. What an agency releases tells you something. What it refuses to release tells you more.

Mandatory Declassification Review

A separate, parallel track from FOIA under Executive Order 13526 — it can succeed where FOIA fails, especially for records over 25 years old.

Fill in the fields. The statutory language — fee waiver, news-media status, segregability, response clock — is built in and calibrated to preempt the most common agency delay tactics.

The Author

Kai Jashon Price

Independent investigator and philosophical humanist. The case-file method on this site reflects the way he prefers to argue: thesis first, record second, opposing case third, stakes last.

Born in Concord, North Carolina and raised in Tampa, Florida, Price came to his ideas through lived experience as much as study — a working-class path through lawn work, factories, landscaping, food service, retail, delivery work, community college, and military service. That life gave him an early view of how pressure, family instability, institutional failure, and social division shape ordinary people long before politics gives those forces a name.

The work argues for peace, accountability, domestic renewal, and a government that serves its own people before foreign interests or elite incentives. As a Christian and American, he believes that faith and patriotism should call people toward justice, humility, courage, and repair — not endless conflict.
